You ask, we answer

Good to know: Answers to our most frequently asked questions.

When should I arrive for my class?

We value punctuality, so please arrive on time (approx. min. 10 min before class starts). This allows you to settle in and fully arrive.

We will close the doors when the class starts. Arriving late means missing the warm-up, an important part of the class. Give yourself enough time to park or change into something comfy.

What should I bring?

Bring your water bottle and grippy socks. Everything else will be provided by us. Leave your worries outside the door.

Grippy socks are mandatory when attending a reformer/tower class. This is not only for hygienic reasons but also important for your safety.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel confident in. Activewear is perfect to feel comfortable and unrestricted.

Pilates socks (grippy socks) are mandatory when attending a reformer/tower class. This is not only for hygienic reasons but also important for your safety.
If you forget your grippy socks you can purchase a pair at our studio.

Can I attend a class if I am pregnant or have an injury?

This can vary, depending on several things. Please drop drop us an email before booking a class.

I‘m new to Pilates/reformer, what should I know before my first class?

If you are new to Pilates or have never done a reformer/tower class before, please book a fundamentals class where we explain everything you need to know for a successful class.

Also make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before class to get familiar with the equipment first.

Are your classes in English or German?

We offer classes in German and English. Please check our schedule to find a class in your preferred language.

What’s the vibe like?

We don’t judge. Wear what you want and come as you are! We don’t judge what shape or age you are, if you wobble or shake… STUDIO SIX is a safe space where you can be yourself.

How fit do I need to be?

It’s the goal, not the prerequisite. Wherever you are, Pilates meets you exactly there.

You do you: rest when you feel like it, ask for a modification when you need one and don’t compare yourself to others. Your class, your intention.

Do you correct form?

We do. Pilates focuses on precision and control. Small adjustments in alignment can significantly impact safety and effectiveness.

Therefore, we use our voice but also our hands to guide you and cue you. If you don’t feel comfortable being touched by us, please let us know before class.

What class is right for me?

Good question 🙂 Even though our classes are open-level classes (unless stated otherwise), not every class is always perfect for every person. We encourage you to try different classes (mat and apparatus) to find out what works best for you.

If you are new to Pilates or would like to work on your technique, opt for a fundamentals class.

How do I best reach the studio?

You can reach our studio by foot, bike, bus or car.
Bus: Different bus stops nearby (e.g. Reichenhaller Straße, Quartier Riedenburg).
Parking: Blue zone in the surrounding streets. Old town parking garage in walking distance.

Whats your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change and life sometimes gets in the way.

You can cancel your class up to 24 hours in advance via Eversports, and your class credits will be refunded to your Eversports account.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, as well as no-shows, will result in the class being forfeited and credits not being refunded.
